INTRODUCTION:

The Pomedy Show is a platform based in Delhi/NCR focused on poetry, stand-up, music, storytelling, and open mic events.

I initially joined during a one-month trial period while also handling other social media projects like Graffiti Wala and Collsell. In the beginning, my main focus was understanding the audience, building a good bond with the office team, and closely working with Navneet Bhardwaj, founder of The Pomedy Show.

After understanding what type of content connected most with the audience, I started working on reel editing, content strategy, event promotions, carousel posts, and social media growth. Within the next 3 months, the page organically grew from 0 to 50K followers through consistent posting, relatable content, and trend-focused reels.

I also worked on behind-the-scenes content, promotional creatives, entry ticket designs, event posters, and audience engagement content to help build a stronger identity for the brand online.

CONTENT STRATEGY :

The content was planned around audience behavior, relatability, and consistency. Instead of relying on random trends, we focused on creating content that matched the vibe of The Pomedy Show and felt authentic to the audience watching it.

I worked on reel editing, creative direction, posting strategy, promotional content, and event-based creatives while constantly experimenting with different formats and ideas. The focus was always on making content that people would watch till the end, share with friends, and come back for again.

BEHIND THE SCENES :

A lot of the work happened behind the camera — from planning content ideas and selecting clips to editing reels late at night before events. Along with managing social media, I was also involved in event creatives, promotional posts, ticket designs, and coordinating content around performances and audience interactions.

Some of the best-performing content came from simple moments captured naturally during events, rehearsals, and backstage interactions. Those behind-the-scenes moments helped the page feel more real and connected with the audience beyond just polished content.
